The first EMOM event in Australia took place at The Hideaway Bar in Sydney and was organised by Tegan Northwood. Tegan had been travelling in the UK when she came along to the Edinburgh event and enjoyed it so much, she also played Open Frequencies EMOM at The Troubadour in London. A keen electronic musician herself she took the concept back to Australia and found a community of creative people eager to take their ideas to a real live audience. The night included chiptune, experimental and found sounds, electronica and dance music.
