After a brilliant first night, we’re heading back to the spectacular Also Known As on Parson’s Street, one of Banbury’s best live music venues, for another Sunday session.
EMOM is returning to the historic market town of Banbury for another Sunday session! We are thrilled to be taking over the spectacular Also Known As on Parson’s Street, an incredible live music venue! Wrap up your weekend with an evening of live electronic music, big ideas, and good company. EMOM is a relaxed, welcoming space where electronic musicians, producers, and sound artists of every level step up to the stage, all set against immersive visuals that move with the music.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Expect a diverse journey through sound—from ambient and downtempo to techno, electro, experimental, and glitch. Our performers bring a vast array of setups: laptops, synths, drum machines, modular rigs, samplers, and controllers.
The one EMOM rule: No acoustic guitars—unless they are being processed, looped, or mangled to create soundscapes in keeping with the electronic spirit of the night!
Whether you’re there to perform, test out new material, or simply discover fresh music and meet like-minded people, EMOM is all about sharing ideas in a friendly, supportive environment.
PERFORM WITH US:
Performance slots are 20 minutes long and must be booked in advance. Contact us to play at a future event in Banbury, Oxford or Reading! To express interest in a slot, or to find out more about our events and how to get involved then please go to our website.
